Returns and Returns and Payment Policy
No services or merchandise will be ordered until everything is paid in full. Payment plans through the Angel Paw financial program may be accepted.
All sales are final.
If products were purchased based upon a specific design and approved by the purchaser, any changes will result in additional charges up to the cost of replacing the said item(s) including special order urns, memorial folders and announcements, special order jewelry.
Damaged or Defected Products – We will only warranty jewelry and urns for 30 days and with original receipt (or documented in our system). Then, we will only exchange for the same type of product. If, however, the product was made of breakable materials, i.e., ceramic or glass, we will not replace the item. We will not replace stolen or lost products. Manufacturer warranty may be extended.
Shipping costs will be applied accordingly and as applicable.
